Hello, I'm kathryn
I am a mother of two amazing kids, ages 9 and 2, as well at a pet owner of a tabby cat, Freya, and a dachshund/labrador mix, Garrus. I have been a hobbyist fine art photographer for 15 years and have recently begun working with couples and families in the portrait and wedding photography world. I am interning with a local wedding photographer and have also begun working as a newborn photographer for WelcomeNewborn at the hospital. Giving people beautiful photographs of the most important people and events in their lives has been so incredibly rewarding. I aspire to provide that same service for you!
My Philosophy
People come first, always. I'm not just here to capture an important memory, I am here to make sure my clients feel comfortable, calm, and safe. Whether it's making sure I have bottled water for you on an engagement session or running cookies to your mother on the big day, I am there for you. I aim to create an environment where you can feel safe to let me know if you are uncomfortable at any point.
